采用 Bette 上翻边的设计方案

标准 Bette 上翻边设计 

Bette 上翻边是一种高 35 mm 的瓷釉材质盆缘卷边,其中有 12 mm 平铺在瓷砖上。

由此,无需再在浴缸和瓷砖壁之间采用不卫生的硅酮接缝设计。

为确保即便针对异型房或特殊规划方案仍可从 Bette 上翻边设计的优点中获益,我们专门根据指定图纸针对我们的淋浴底盘所对应的“翻边”设计进行调整。凭借这样的灵活性,Bette 上翻边设计适用于几乎所有浴室建筑风格。 

Bette上翻边缩短版

尤其对于墙面不再延伸的墙角和壁龛,可以对 Bette 上翻边进行调整。我们建议将翻边向后缩进 10 mm。由此可在前面板上整齐平铺瓷砖,并保留清晰的瓷砖壁接缝线。

边长 ≥ 1200 mm 的 BetteFloor Side 和 Bette“淋浴底盘”所对应浴缸边缘高度为 50 mm,卷边高度保持在 35 mm。

墙角和壁龛所对应的安装

由于采用 Bette 上翻边设计的淋浴底盘被嵌入墙面,浴缸安装尺寸将发生变化。在设计淋浴隔板时请注意这一点。所指定尺寸对应于经粉刷的毛坯墙(无瓷砖)。

A:浴缸尺寸 - (6 mm + 瓷砖厚度(前))

B:浴缸尺寸 + 20 mm

C:浴缸尺寸 - 12 mm = 壁龛尺寸(粉刷墙)
